  1. Limited Liability Company “IMPRO CEĻOJUMI”, registration No. 40003235627, address: Merķeļa iela 13-204, Riga, LV-1050 (IMPRO), processes personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), respecting the data subjects’ right to privacy.
  2. Personal data is processed for the following purposes: identification of the client, conclusion and performance of service contracts, evaluation of customer service quality, improvement of services, development of new services, creation of loyalty programs, administration of payments, and fulfillment of obligations prescribed by law.
  3. IMPRO takes all necessary technological and organizational measures to ensure the security of the acquired personal data. Data can only be accessed by persons specifically authorized to perform such actions. Customer personal data is not stored longer than necessary.
  4. IMPRO does not disclose data to third parties unless it is necessary for the performance of the service contract. Subject to the requirements of regulatory enactments, IMPRO authorizes cooperation partners in the European Union and the European Economic Area, as well as outside them, to perform specific actions—such as visa processing, transport services, hotel accommodation, entertainment services, etc. IMPRO transfers personal data to these partners to the extent necessary for the performance of the task. Data exchange with banks and payment card centers is carried out in encrypted form to guarantee the security of the client’s personal data and bank details.

A person has the right to receive information about their personal data processed by IMPRO, request access to their personal data, request the correction of their personal data, request the restriction of data processing or the deletion of data, withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data. These rights are exercisable insofar as the data processing does not arise from IMPRO’s obligations specified in regulatory acts or is not carried out in the public interest. A written application is required to receive information about one’s personal data.
  6. IMPRO sends commercial communications (e-News) only if the person has given their consent. Giving or withdrawing consent is the person’s free choice. You can opt-out of receiving e-News at any time by following the instructions provided at the end of each e-News mailing. This can also be done by sending a notification to the e-mail: incoming@impro.lv.
  7. IMPRO has the right to unilaterally change the privacy policy, respecting the rights of data subjects and the requirements of regulatory enactments.
